On behalf of the International Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States, and in my personal capacity, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the Government and the fraternal people of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the occasion of its Independence Day, celebrated annually on 1 September.
This significant national occasion commemorates the historic achievement of the Uzbek people in restoring their independence and reflects their steadfast commitment to sovereignty, national unity, and sustainable development. It also symbolizes the country's remarkable progress and its growing role in promoting regional cooperation, stability, and prosperity.
The Republic of Uzbekistan continues to make a valuable contribution to strengthening solidarity and cooperation within the Turkic World. We highly appreciate its active engagement in advancing our shared vision of closer partnership and mutual understanding among the Turkic States.
Reaffirming our commitment to further deepening the close partnership between TURKPA and the Republic of Uzbekistan, I wish the Government and the fraternal people of Uzbekistan continued peace, prosperity, well-being, and every success.
