Technical Specifications for the Official Vehicle
For the purpose of providing official transportation for the use of the TURKPA International Secretariat and its leadership, the procurement of one (1) business-class passenger vehicle is envisaged.
The proposed vehicle shall meet the following minimum technical requirements:
- The vehicle shall be a business-class SUV or an equivalent model;
- Model year: 2021 or newer;
- Engine displacement: minimum 3.0 litres;
- Engine output: minimum 300 horsepower;
- Fuel type: petrol (gasoline) or diesel;
- The vehicle shall be equipped with an automatic transmission;
- The vehicle shall have an all-wheel-drive (4x4) system;
- Seating capacity: 7-seat configuration is preferred;
- The interior shall be fitted with high-quality leather upholstery;
- Front and rear seats shall be electrically adjustable and equipped with heating and ventilation functions;
- The rear passenger compartment shall be equipped with entertainment monitors and door sunshades;
- The vehicle shall be equipped with at least a dual-zone automatic climate control system;
- A separate climate control system for rear passengers shall be provided;
- Safety systems shall include, at a minimum, ABS, ESP, front and side airbags, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, collision avoidance system, and parking assistance;
- The multimedia system shall include navigation, Bluetooth, USB connectivity, and a premium-quality audio system;
- The exterior colour shall be black, dark blue, or another dark shade;
- The vehicle shall be supplied with the manufacturer's standard equipment and accessories;
- The supplier shall provide access to an authorised service centre and spare parts support within the territory of the country.
The proposed vehicle shall comply with or exceed the above-mentioned technical specifications. Equivalent models offering the same or superior characteristics shall be accepted.
