On 12 July, the Turkic World commemorates the Foundation Day of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY), a distinguished institution dedicated to preserving and promoting the shared cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples and strengthening cultural cooperation among the Turkic States.
Since its establishment, TURKSOY has made a remarkable contribution to fostering intercultural dialogue, safeguarding the rich cultural legacy of the Turkic World, and enhancing solidarity through numerous cultural and humanitarian initiatives. Its activities have played an important role in reinforcing the common values, traditions, and identity that unite the Turkic nations.
On this meaningful occasion, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the leadership, the Secretariat, and the entire TURKSOY family. I wish the Organization continued success in its noble mission and express my confidence that the fruitful cooperation between TURKPA and TURKSOY will continue to deepen for the benefit of the Turkic World.
