TURKPA participates in Turkic World Dialogue Forum

On 30-31 October 2026, Deputy Secretary General of TURKPA Mr. Muhammet Alper Hayali participated in the Turkic World Dialogue Forum: From Ideas to Dialogue, Forward, organized by the Directorate of Communications of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye in Ankara.

The Forum, held on the margins of the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), was opened with remarks by Prof. Burhanettin Duran, Head of Communications of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye.

The event brought together communication professionals, journalists, broadcasters, academics, think tanks and representatives of relevant public institutions, and featured panel sessions and roundtable meetings on enhancing cooperation in strategic communication.

Members of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye: Chairman of the TURKPA Commission on Legal Affairs and International Relations Mr. Osman Mesten, and Member of the TURKPA Commission on Legal Affairs and International Relations Ms. Filiz Kılıç, as well as Member of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and Member of the TURKPA Commission on Environment, Natural Resources and Health Protection Ms. Aigul Akhmedova also attended the event.

Participants discussed strengthening cooperation in media, communication and culture among Turkic States, as well as issues of strategic communication, public diplomacy and combating disinformation, with emphasis on the shared history, linguistic heritage and cultural memory of the Turkic world.
