Memorandum of Cooperation between TURKPA and Turkic Academy was signed

On 28 April 2014 in Astana Mr. Jandos Asanov, TURKPA Secretary General and Mr. Darkhan Kydyraly, President of the Turkic Academy signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between the TURKPA Secretariat and the Turkic Academy. The parties agreed to invite each other to certain events and seek the possibilities of carrying out joint projects, as well as on study of Turkic languages and literature, history, culture, economy and policy of Turkic nations. The Parties also agreed to support to the development of the “Bilge Korkyt” programme aimed at training of postgraduate and postdoctoral students on the fundamental areas of Turkology.
