Vice President of Türkiye received Secretary General

On 24 October 2025, in Ankara, Vice President of Türkiye H.E. Cevdet Yılmaz received the TURKPA delegation led by Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasan. Conveying his congratulations to Mr. Hasan, Mr. Yılmaz wished him continued success in all his activities. Expressing his deep gratitude, Mr. Hasan thanked Mr. Yılmaz for warm reception and cordial atmosphere. He briefed the Vice President on the work of the Parliamentary Assembly and shared his views on further developing the agenda of TURKPA, highlighting recent initiatives and upcoming projects aimed at enhancing parliamentary dialogue, promoting legislative coordination, and strengthening solidarity among the Turkic states. Secretary General stated that these activities are being successfully continued and implemented under the current Chairmanship of Kazakhstan. Vice President Yılmaz reaffirmed Türkiye’s commitment to supporting TURKPA’s mission and emphasized the importance of advancing unity, mutual understanding, and cooperation among the Turkic states. The discussions also addressed future initiatives for expanding fraternal relations and fostering a stronger partnership within the Turkic world. Secretary General was accompanied by his Deputies Talgat Aduov and Muhammet Alper Hayali.
