TURKPA International Observers Mission briefed the mass media on the results of a nation-wide referendum on the changes into the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan that was held on 26 September 2016. The briefing took place on 27th of September at the headquarters of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
