TURKPA Mission held meeting with Chairman of CEC of Uzbekistan

On 30 April 2023, TURKPA Referendum Observation Mission composed of the parliamentarians from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Türkiye, as well as the representatives of the TURKPA Secretariat held meeting with the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan Zayniddin Nizamkhodjayev. Chairman of the CEC informed in detail the Mission on preparations for and main features of organization of the Constitutional referendum, including the referendum system, referendum administration, the work on training of the lower-level commissions. Mr. Nizamkhodjayev replied to the questions of the Mission members. The Mission wished success to Uzbekistan in conducting the Constitutional referendum.
