TURKPA International Election Observation Mission сonducted monitoring in Osh

On 30 November 2025, the members of the TURKPA International Election Observation Mission – Members of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Mr. Mahmut Özer, Mr. Kadim Durmaz and Mrs. Filiz Kılıç, as well as Mr. Mikayil Rahimov, Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Farid Abilov, Head of Department of the Secretariat of the CEC of the Republic of Azerbaijan, staff members of the TURKPA International Secretariat and parliamentary staff from Türkiye carried out election monitoring activities in the cities of Osh and Ozgon as part of the international observation of the early parliamentary elections in the Kyrgyz Republic. The TURKPA observers visited polling stations in the city of Osh and Ozgon, assessing the conduct of the electoral process across various locations. The members of the Mission observed the voting process at the polling stations, with particular attention to compliance with the electoral legislation, the organization and functioning of the election commissions, the accessibility of polling premises, and the conditions ensuring the free expression of the will of voters. Furthermore, the observers conversed with the officials of the polling stations and local observers on the ground.
