On 5 July 2023, TURKPA Chairman-in-Office, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Numan Kurtulmuş received the Secretary General Mehmet Süreyya Er.
Secretary General congratulated the Head of Parliament on his election and wished success in future activities. He noted the significant role of the Turkish Parliament in the activities of the Assembly.
TURKPA Chairman-in-Office expressed his gratitude to Secretary General for congratulation and commended TURKPA as a significant inter-parliamentary institution fostering expansion of cooperation among the Turkic states.
The parties discussed the current and future activities of TURKPA.
