The first meeting of the Experts group for elaboration of Model Law “On Trade Missions” was held in an online format

On December 14, 2023, Experts group for elaboration of the draft Model Law “On Trade Missions” held its first meeting in an online format. The Model Law will be developed within the framework of the Commission on Economic Cooperation in accordance with the TURKPA Strategic Roadmap for 2023-2028. The meeting was opened by Deputy Secretary General Talgat Aduov and moderated by Secretary of the Commission on Economic Cooperation Bauyrzhan Datkayev. Experts from the parliaments and relevant ministries of the member states, as well as representatives of the TURKPA Secretariat participated in the meeting. The meeting was focused on the exchanging views over the draft document. At the end of the meeting, the experts agreed to hold the next meeting on January 11, 2024.
