Secretary General met with the Chairman of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States

On 25 October 2025, in Ankara, Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasan, met with the Chairman of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), former Prime Minister of the Republic of Türkiye, H.E. Binali Yıldırım. Mr. Yıldırım extended his congratulations to Mr. Hasan on the commencement of his tenure and wished him continued success in his future endeavors. Expressing his gratitude, Mr. Hasan shared his views on further developing the agenda of the Assembly and briefed Mr. Yıldırım on TURKPA’s recent initiatives and upcoming events aimed at deepening parliamentary dialogue and strengthening solidarity among the Turkic states. Mr. Yıldırım reaffirmed his strong commitment to advancing the ideals of Turkic unity and emphasized the importance of further enhancing cooperation within the framework of TURKPA. The discussions also covered the ongoing expansion of fraternal relations and the strengthening of unity of the Turkic states. Secretary General was accompanied by his Deputies Talgat Aduov and Muhammet Alper Hayali.
