Secretary General met with Chairman of Committee of the Azerbaijani Parliament

On 8 December 2023, Secretary General Mehmet Süreyya Er met with the Chairman of the Committee on Foreign and Interparliamentary Relations of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan Samad Seyidov. Stressing the significance of the geopolitical phenomenon as Turkic World, Mr. Seyidov highly appreciated activities of TURKPA aiming at strengthening relations between the Turkic states. Expressing his gratitude for warm welcome, Mr. Er underlined the importance of TURKPA as parliamentary dimension of Turkic cooperation in this context. Parties discussed the aspects of cooperation within the Assembly.
