Kyrgyz Ambassador pays courtesy visit to TURKPA Secretary General

On 21 January 2026, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan H.E. Maksat Mamytkanov, paid a courtesy visit to the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA) Ambassador Ramil Hasan. During the meeting, Ambassador Mamytkanov congratulated Ambassador Hasan on his appointment as TURKPA Secretary General and conveyed his sincere wishes for success in the fulfillment of his important responsibilities. Expressing his appreciation, Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasan briefed the Ambassador on the ongoing activities and priorities of the Assembly. He also shared insights from his recent visit to the Kyrgyz Republic, including his meeting with the Chairman of the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic H.E. Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, noting with satisfaction the productive nature of the discussions held. In turn, Ambassador Mamytkanov informed the Secretary General about the activities of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic and reaffirmed its readiness to provide all possible support to TURKPA within the framework of Turkic cooperation. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Secretary General Mr. Saky Sadykov.
