Day of National Mourning in Azerbaijan

On 20 January 2018, the Republic of Azerbaijan commemorated 28th anniversary of the bloody January tragedy. The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliev visited the Alley of Martyrs and paid tribute to the victims of the bloody January tragedy. The government officials, parliamentarians and representatives of the diplomatic corps visited the Alley of Martyrs. TURKPA Secretary General Altynbek Mamaiusupov also attended the commemorative ceremony and honored the memory of martyrs.
