Graduated from the University of Economics and Enterprise, Kyrgyz-Turkish Faculty of Management, Department of International Relations in 2012. She completed a Master’s degree in 2013 at the same department.

Worked as a manager in private enterprises from 2013 to 2016, and later as an Assistant to the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan from 2017 to 2020.

In March 2021, started to work at the TURKPA International Secretariat as Work-Plan and Protocol Officer. Since September 2021, she has served as Communications Officer.
