Born on October 9, 1956, in Bolshevik village, Joosh Aiyl Okmotu, Kara-Suu district.

Education:

1978 – Osh Pedagogical Institute, specialty: Kyrgyz Language and Literature Teacher.

Employment:

1978 – Teacher of Kyrgyz Language and Literature at Secondary School No. 73 named after Toktogul, Joosh Aiyl Okmotu;

1983–1985 – Deputy Principal for Academic Affairs at Secondary School No. 73 named after Toktogul;

1985–1993 – Chairwoman of the Joosh Village Council;

1993–1995 – Chairwoman of the Kara-Suu District Council;

1995–1997 – Deputy Head of the Osh Regional Department of Education and Culture;

1997–1999 – Head of the Kara-Suu District Department of Education;

1999–2007 – Head of the Osh Regional Department of Education;

2008–2009 – Deputy Head of the Osh Regional State Administration;

2011–2013 – Head of the Osh City Department of Education;

2018–2023 – Head of the Kara-Suu District Department of Education;

Since December 17, 2025 – Member of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic from multi-mandate constituency No. 7.
