Graduated from the Azerbaijan University of Languages Faculty of English language 1, Department of Philology in 2008. Pursued a master`s degree from the same department in 2015.

From March 2013 worked at TURKPA Secretariat as a Secretary on Public Relations, Work-Plan and Correspondence manager, Specialist of Legal expertise, Public Relations and Protocol section, and PR and Correspondence Officer.

From 1 February 2023, the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan submitted her candidacy for the position of the Secretary of Commission on Environment, Natural Resources and Health Protection as acting, until her election at the next TURKPA Plenary Session.

On 28 April 2023, elected as Secretary of TURKPA Commission on Environment, Natural Resources and Health Protection.
