Aibek Dadebay

Born on April 1, 1980, in Almaty. He graduated from the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after Ablai Khan with a degree in International Documentary Studies, subsequently obtained a Master’s degree in Regional Studies.

He started his career in the field of higher education as a lecturer at the Department of International Tourism Management of the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages.

He devoted a significant part of his career to public service and issues relating to public administration. He worked as an Expert in the Department of Inter-Parliamentary Relations and International Cooperation of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and served as Acting Assistant to the Chairman of the Senate.

In 2011-2013, he worked as Attaché and Third Secretary of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Nations at Geneva.

In the years that followed, he held senior positions within the government administration. He took charge of the Secretariat of the Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and served as Deputy Head of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Deputy Head of the President's Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In January 2022, he was appointed as Head of the President's Affairs Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this position,

he oversaw the implementation of wide-ranging organisational and administrative reforms aimed at improving the efficiency of state institutions.

From February 2024 to May 2026, as the Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he coordinated the implementation of key government reforms and strategic initiatives.

He has been the Chairman of the 'Adilet' party since May 7, 2026. 

On August 28, 2026, he was elected as the Chairman of the Kuryltai of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the first convocation.

He holds the diplomatic rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the First Class.  

 He has been awarded with the Order of «Qurmet», Order of «Parasat», Order of «Barys» of the 1^st class and the «Eren Enbegi Ushin» (“For Distinguished Labour”) Medal for his long-standing dedication to public service and contribution to the country’s development.
