Message of condolence of TURKPA International Secretariat on the passing of brother of the Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Mrs. Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on passing of her brother Mr. Gabil Babayev.
