As the first cooperation organization of the Turkic World, TURKSOY, which started its activities in Ankara on July 12, 1993 with the agreement signed by Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Türkiye, is a leading organization in the service of Turkic culture, art and tradition.
As TURKPA family, we would like to express our sincere congratulations on the 31st anniversary of the establishment of our sister organisation TURKSOY and commemorate with gratitude its efforts to strengthen the unity of hearts in the Turkic World and to pass on our common values to future generations.
