Constitution Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan

On behalf of the International Secretariat of TURKPA, we extend our sincere congratulations to the people of Azerbaijan on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan and on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution. Adopted on 12 November 1995, the Constitution laid the foundations of modern Azerbaijani statehood, playing a fundamental role in ensuring sovereignty, democracy, and the protection of human rights and freedoms. This historic document also reflects the country’s commitment to the principles of the rule of law and to international law. On this remarkable anniversary, we wish the people of Azerbaijan continued prosperity, peace, and sustainable progress.
