On behalf of the International Secretariat of TURKPA, we extend our sincere congratulations to the people of the Kyrgyz Republic on the occasion of 5 May – Constitution Day.
The adoption of the Constitution laid the foundation of democratic statehood, ensuring national sovereignty, the supremacy of the rule of law, and the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, while reaffirming the country’s commitment to justice and equality.
On this significant occasion, we convey our heartfelt wishes to the brotherly people of the Kyrgyz Republic for continued prosperity, enduring peace, and sustainable development.
