Congratulatory Message on the Appointment of the Deputy Secretary General of TURKPA, Mr. Talgat Aduov, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Georgia

The Deputy Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States Mr. Talgat Aduov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Georgia by the relevant Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, H.E. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

On this important appointment, on behalf of the International Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA) and in my personal capacity, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Talgat Aduov and wish him every success in his new and responsible position, as well as express my appreciation and deep gratitude for the support he has provided to the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States during his tenure.
