TURKPA Secretary General receives Head of TRT Representation in Azerbaijan

On 8 September 2026, Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA) Ambassador Ramil Hasan received Head of the Representation of the Turkish Radio Television Corporation (TRT) in Azerbaijan Mr. Sefa Burak Bozyel.
During the meeting, TURKPA Secretary General congratulated Mr. Bozyel on his new appointment and highlighted the particular importance attached to cooperation with TRT, the largest radio and television corporation of the brotherly country. He particularly commended TRT’s activities in a number of important areas, including the development of relations among the Turkic States and bringing cooperation in the media sector to a new level. He wished Mr. Bozyel every success in his future activities and expressed his pleasure with the prospects for joint cooperation.
In turn, Mr. Bozyel expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and stated that he would provide every possible support in ensuring the coverage of TURKPA’s activities by TRT and Türkiye’s media organizations.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Secretary General of TURKPA Mr. Muhammet Alper Hayali and TRT correspondent Ms. Nursima Özonur.
