The Fourth Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF2025), hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, under the auspices of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, took place on 11-13 April 2025, in Antalya, Türkiye, under the theme “Reclaiming Diplomacy in a Fragmented World”. The Forum gathered global leaders, policymakers, academics, business experts as well as representatives of media and civil society. More than 4,000 participants from 140 countries took part in the forum, including more than 20 heads of state and government, over 70 ministers — more than 50 of whom are foreign ministers — and around 60 senior representatives from international organisations. Representatives of about 60 high-level international organizations are also participated in the forum. The three-day event featured more than 50 sessions on important topics on the global agenda, such as climate change, the fight against terrorism, humanitarian aid, digitalization, food security and artificial intelligence. Growing geopolitical rifts, deepening global inequalities, surge in violence targeting civilians, intolerance towards divergent views, uncertainties driven by technological disruptions and multidimensional impact of climate crisis were discussed at the panels of the Forum. TURKPA was represented by Secretary of Commission Aynura Abutalibova at the Forum, who took part at the Leaders’ Panel "Search for Partnerships in the Era of Multi-polarization", Round table meeting "Parliamentary Diplomacy in Global Governance", Official opening ceremony, Panel "Organisation of Turkic States: A Unique Cooperation Model", Panel "Climate Diplomacy and Energy Security in the New Era", High Level Session "Building the future in a Fragmented World: Transformative Power of Education", Round table session "Regional Perspectives from Latin America Countries on Global Economic Partnerships".
