Graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Faculty of Administrative Management, Department of Economics, in 2025 with honours. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Economics at the Azerbaijan State Economic University.

Completed an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Department of International Cooperation, from 2024 to 2025, and was engaged in international relations activities at the Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations’ Union and Enactus Azerbaijan from 2022 to 2024.

Since February 2026, has been serving as a Public Relations Officer at the TURKPA International Secretariat.
