Message of condolence of the TURKPA Secretariat over the tragic accident at the Kostenko mine in the Karaganda region

It is with deep sadness and sorrow that the Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States received the tragic news of the death of miners as a result of an explosion at the Kostenko mine in the Karaganda region of Kazakhstan. The Secretariat shares the grief of and stands by the brotherly people and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, expressing its most sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wishes a speedy recovery to the injured.
