On 30 June 2026, TURKPA Deputy Secretary General Mr. Talgat Aduov participated in the International Conference “Enhancing Cooperation and Advancing Modern Approaches in Addressing the Issue of Missing Persons,” organized by the State Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons (STATCOM) in cooperation with the International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP), in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The Conference was held within the framework of strengthening cooperation on humanitarian issues and sharing modern practices in the identification of missing persons. The event brought together senior government officials, members of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, representatives of international organizations, and experts in relevant fields.
