The Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic will host the 15th Plenary Session and the Meeting of the Council of Assembly of TURKPA

On 19-20 October 2026, the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic will host the 15th Plenary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA) and the Meeting of the Council of Assembly in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. The Plenary Session will be held under the theme of “Parliamentary Cooperation in the Turkic World  in the Age of Artificial Intelligence and Technological  Progress”.

The Parliamentary delegations of the Member and Observer States, led by the Speakers of the Parliaments of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, the Turkic Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), as well as representatives of international organizations, Turkic cooperation organizations and other partner institutions are expected to attend the 15th Plenary Session.

The 5th Meeting of the Women Parliamentarians Group and the 5th Meeting of the Young Parliamentarians Group will also be held within the framework of the 15th Plenary Session.
