On 14 March 2016, TurkPA Secretary General participated in the opening ceremony of the 2nd International Tarakama Charshamba Folklore Festival in Gagali village of Agsu region organized by MIRAS Social Organization of Studying of Cultural Heritage and with support of Agsu region Executive Power.
