IPC Secretary General visited TURKPA Secretariat

On 3 September 2024, the delegation led by the Secretary General of the International Parliamentarians’ Congress Sitara Ayaz visited the TURKPA Secretariat and met with Secretary General Mehmet Süreyya Er. Secretary General Mehmet Süreyya Er welcomed the guests and briefed on the activities of the Assembly. The parties touched on the early parliamentary elections held in Azerbaijan on 1 September 2024 and their participation in the observation process of the elections. The Secretaries General exchanged views on the possible areas of cooperation between the two organizations.
