Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye visited TURKPA Secretariat

On 24 February 2025, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Türkiye to the Republic of Azerbaijan Birol Akgün visited the TURKPA Secretariat and met with Secretary General Mehmet Süreyya Er. The Ambassador, who paid a courtesy visit on the occasion of his inauguration, was accompanied by the Second Secretary, Tevfik Yavuzer. The Secretary General expressed his gratitude to Mr. Akgün for his visit and congratulated him on his appointment as Ambassador. During his visit, Ambassador Akgün was informed about the TURKPA Secretariat and its activities. Both sides exchanged views on the current status and further development of cooperation among the member and observer states of TURKPA.
