Graduated from Kazakh State University of International Relations and World Languages by Ablai khan, Department of Oriental Philology in 2001, during his studies from 1998 to 2000 he was an intern at Seljuk University of Konya, Turkiye. Completed his second degree in the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov with qualification of International Economist in 2004. Graduated from the “Bolashak” Karaganda University as a Master of Law in 2011 and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a Master of Public and Local Administration in 2013.For many years, held various positions in the structures for the study of the socio-economic situation of the country. Worked in the Office of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 14 years.Since June 2021, he has been working as Secretary of TURKPA Commission on Economic Cooperation.
