On behalf of the International Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States, I extend my sincere congratulations to the Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of its establishment.
TURKPA highly values its partnership and constructive cooperation with CICA and remains convinced that the synergy between parliamentary diplomacy and multilateral engagement serves as an important pillar for promoting peace, stability, and sustainable development throughout the region.
On this significant occasion, I wish the CICA Secretariat continued success in fulfilling its important mission and every success in its future endeavours.
