Workshop on draft Model Law on E-commerce was held

On 15 April 2021, workshop on discussion of the draft Model Law on Electronic Commerce was held within the TURKPA Commission on Economic Cooperation in an online format. Experts from the relevant committees of parliaments, ministries and institutions of the member countries, as well representatives of the TURKPA Secretariat attended the meeting. Deputy Secretary General Ali Yıldız opened the meeting and welcomed the participants. The participants made speeches on current economic situation in their respective countries at the background of COVID-19 pandemic and restrictive measures imposed in this context. Experts discussed the draft Model Law on Electronic Commerce preliminarily elaborated by the TURKPA Secretariat.
