On 2 December, 2013 TURKPA Secretary General Jandos Asanov took part in the 6th Session of the GUAM Parliamentary Assembly held in Tbilisi.
During the Session Secretary General had bilateral meetings with Mr. Zurab ABASHIDZE, Chairman of the GUAM Parliamentary Assembly, Mr. Ziyafat ASGAROV, First Deputy Chairman of Milli Mejlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Mr. Valery CHECHELASHVILI, GUAM Secretary General, at which the parties discussed the aspects for joint cooperation. Mr. J. Asanov also participated in the panel discussion Prospects of Sectoral Cooperation, Global Challenges and Joint Actions and made a speech.
