TURKPA Deputy Secretary General attended the GPLS at ADA University

On 3 April 2026, the TURKPA Deputy Secretary General Muhammet Alper Hayali attended the Global Perspectives Lecture Series (GPLS) entitled “Türkiye and Russia in the Age of Geoeconomics: From Rivalry to Competitive Interdependence.”

The lecture, organized by the Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD) at ADA University, featured a keynote address by Professor Onur İşçi and examined how Türkiye adopts a hedging strategy in its foreign policy, balancing its relations with Russia and Western actors through economic and diplomatic means to maintain strategic flexibility.
