TURKPA attended the presentation ceremony of the World of Diplomacy journal’s special edition

On 17 December 2025, Deputy Secretary General Muhammet Alper Hayali attended the presentation ceremony of the special edition of the “World of Diplomacy” journal published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held at ADA University. Titled “COP29: In Solidarity for a Green World”, the edition focuses on Azerbaijan’s Presidency of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29). The event brought together members of parliament and senior government officials, including Fariz Ismailzade, Member of Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan and ADA Vice Rector; Mukhtar Babayev, COP29 President and Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Climate Issues; and Yalchin Rafiyev, COP29 Lead Negotiator and Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as other officials and experts from relevant state institutions. The edition, highlighting participation and speeches of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva during COP29, also features articles on COP29 by the Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Representative of the Azerbaijani President on Climate Issues, and other officials.
