TURKPA attended event dedicated to 650th anniversary of Nasimi

On 27 September 2019, Deputy Secretary General Ali Yıldız took part in the event, dedicated to the 650th anniversary of great Azerbaijani poet and philosopher Imadaddin Nasimi. The event was organized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in accordance with the decree of President Ilham Aliyev that declared 2019 the Year of Nasimi. Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva participated in the event. The ƏSA Theater comprised of people with disabilities has expanded its creative capabilities and repertoire with the support of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population. As a result of this support, the public warmly welcomed the performance based on Maurice Maeterlinck's play "The Blue Bird." "Nasimi" performance is a continuation of successful work in this area and reflects the great interest and love of talented people with disabilities in Nasimi's creativity.
