The First Meeting of Experts Group for elaboration of Model Law “On joint Venture” was held in online format

On February 5, 2026, Experts group for elaboration of the draft Model Law “On joint Venture” held its first meeting in an online format. The Model Law will be developed within the framework of the Commission on Economic Cooperation in accordance with the TURKPA Strategic Roadmap for 2023-2028. The meeting was opened by Deputy Secretary General Talgat Aduov and moderated by Secretary of the Commission on Economic Cooperation Bauyrzhan Datkayev. Experts from the parliaments of each TURKPA member state presented proposals and recommendations on the development of legislative documents, outlining the key issues to be addressed. Particular emphasis was placed on ensuring that the proposed legislation is drafted in full conformity with, and aligned to the legislative frameworks of the member states. As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to convene the next meeting on 19 February 2026.
