Secretary General met with UN Resident Coordinator

TURKPA Secretary General Jandos Asanov paid courtesy call on Mr. Antonius Broek, UN Resident Coordinator /UNDP Resident Representative in the Republic of Azerbaijan. During the meeting, Mr. Asanov informed Mr. Broek about development of Turkic cooperation, TURKPA’s mission and current activities. Mr. Broek briefed on the basic aspects of cooperation between the UN and Azerbaijan, as well as on the ongoing UN projects realized in the country. Parties also discussed the issues of mutual interest, including information exchange between the UN Baku office and TURKPA Secretariat.
