Mongolian Ambassador visited TURKPA Secretariat

On 9 December 2020, Secretary General Altynbek Mamaiusupov met with Mr. Bold Ravdan, Ambassador of Mongolia to the Republic of Azerbaijan (non resident) in the framework of his visit to Azerbaijan. Secretary General noted that Turkic-speaking countries attach particular importance to relationship with Mongolia, since they share common civilizational, cultural and historical heritage. He briefed the Ambassador on history, mission, tasks and objectives of the Assembly, as well as its current activities and future events. In his turn, Mr. Ravdan expressed interest of Mongolia in Turkic institutional cooperation, primarily in establishing relationships with TURKPA. The parties exchanged views on the prospective fields of cooperation in the future.
