Joint seminar held at Manas University

On 12 March 2015, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU) and TURKPA jointly organized a seminar at the KTMU premises in Bishkek dedicated to the preparation of Kyrgyz-Turkish-Kyrgyz qualified interpreters. Rector of the University Mr. Sebaheddin Balci, Chairman of TURKPA’s Social, Cultural and Humanitarian Commission and member of Jogorku Kenesh Mr. Kurmanbek Dykanbayev, TURKPA Secretary General Mr. Jandos Asanov and First Deputy Rector of KTMU Mr. Asylbek Kulmurzayev addressed the conference and speakers unanimously supported TURKPA’s initiative to try to establish in future direct channels of information exchange between Kyrgyzstan and Turkey, as well as among other Turkic speaking countries.
