Head of Mazhilis of Kazakh Parliament received Secretary General

Chairman of Mazhilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Mr. Nurlan Nigmatulin held a meeting with Secretary General Altynbek Mamaiusupov. The parties discussed the issues on preparations for the Tenth Plenary Session to take place in Kazakhstan and postponed to 2021 due to situation with the COVID-19 pandemic. Secretary General informed the Chairman on current activities of the Secretariat, in particular, the interaction between the member countries on health issues amid the pandemic. The parties also exchanged views on a wide range of topics related to the further development of inter-parliamentary cooperation under the TURKPA aegis.
