Commission on Environment, Natural Resources and Health Protection held Experts Group meetings

On 7 February 2023, Experts Group on elaboration of draft Model Law “On Protection of Reproductive Health” held its third online meeting. The draft Model Law “On Protection of Reproductive Health” has been elaborated within the framework of the Commission on Environment, Natural Resources and Health Protection in accordance with the TURKPA Strategic Roadmap 2023-2028. Experts Group comprised of representatives of the member countries and the Secretariat held three online meetings for the development of the draft Model Law. The meetings were focused on the deliberations and exchanging views over the draft document. The Group finalized the draft Model Law to be considered at the next meeting of the Commission on Environment, Natural Resources and Health Protection on 6 March 2023 in Baku.
