A literary and artistic event marking the 5th Anniversary of the Glorious Victory was held in Baku

On 19 November 2025, Secretary of the TURKPA Commission Aigerim Taalaibekova participated in a literary and artistic event dedicated to the 5th Anniversary of the Glorious Victory, as well as in the presentation of the documentary film “The Shadowless World” which highlights the nuances of miniature art of the Turkic World organized by the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the International Mugham Center in Baku. The event brought together parliamentarians, representatives of various organizations, as well as figures from the fields of science, literature, and the arts. At the opening of the event President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation prof. Aktoty Raimkulova delivered remarks. In her address, she noted that Azerbaijan’s victory holds significant meaning for the entire Turkic World and highlighted that Karabakh belongs solely to Azerbaijan. During the event, the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed, and tribute was paid to the memory of the fallen heroes. The programme, featuring performances, songs and dance dedicated to the theme of Victory, concluded with the screening of the film “The Shadowless World” devoted to the miniature art of the Turkic World.
