Graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Urban Design and Landscape Architecture.

Involved in political activities with the Social Democratic Movement (SDH); worked as the General Secretary of the SHP (Social Democratic People's Party) Youth Branch and in the Youth Assembly of SHP for a long time.

Held various positions in the family business.

In 2015 entered the Republican People's Party (CHP) Kocaeli Provincial Administration. For two terms served as Provincial Vice President of CHP Provincial Organization in Kocaeli. Since March 2020 worked as the Republican People's Party Kocaeli Provincial Chairman.

On 14 May 2023 elected as Kocaeli deputy of the GNAT of the twenty-eighth convocation.
