Graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. Lawyer.

Member of the Istanbul Provincial Board of Directors and Vice President of the National Youth Foundation, and member of the Eminönü District Board of Directors of the Virtue Party. Served as the Founding President of Bursa IHH (Humanitarian Relief Foundation) and a member of the Board of Directors of Bursa Branch of Writers' Union of Türkiye. Took part in the founding committees of Süleyman Çelebi Association and Seven Crescent Association in the Bursa Branch.

On 1 November 2015 elected as Bursa deputy of the GNAT of the twenty-sixth convocation and member of the Petition Commission. On 24 June 2018 elected as Bursa deputy of the twenty-seventh convocation and chaired the Türkiye-Uzbekistan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group. On 14 May 2023 also elected as Bursa deputy of the twenty-eighth convocation and elected as the spokesperson of the Constitutional Commission.
