On 21st December 2017 Chairman of the Parliament (Milli Mejlis) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ogtay Asadov received the newly elected Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Turkic Speaking Countries (TURKPA) Mr. Altynbek Mamaiusupov.

The parties discussed the current and future activities of the Assembly and further expansion of cooperation among the TURKPA member countries.

Mr. Mamaiusupov thanked the Chairman of Milli Mejlis for the hospitality being extended to the TURKPA Secretariat.
